Eurogamer:
"This week we learned that Hideo Kojima and Guillermo Del Toro are collaborating on a new game in the Silent Hill series. Despite both men having a reputation for attaching themselves to projects that either take years to materialise, if they happen at all, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that this could be the best thing to happen to Silent Hill in over a decade. Why? Because both Kojima and Del Toro are into weird stuff."

One of the most interesting reveals at Gamescom this year was the P.T. playable demo. Sony initially announced it and released it on the PlayStation Store, except it turned out to be a teaser for the new Silent Hill game, titled Silent Hills. To top that off, its being worked on by Metal Gear creator Hideo Kojima and director Guillermo del Toro with Norman Reedusmost know him as Daryl from The Walking Dead television showplaying the main character. It seems that Konami is finally giving the Silent Hill franchise the attention it has so desperately been missing.
